This four-day Guided short break in Scotland will bring you to the highest mountain in the British Isles, Ben Nevis, standing at 1344m and a walk on one of Scotland’s oldest way-marked trails; the West Highland Way which is one of the finest low-level walks that you are liable to find.

Day 1 Depart for Fort William
We will depart Belfast, where we will board the ferry for Stranraer. On arrival we drive north through some spectacular countryside to our base in Fort William, making several stops along the way!
Day 2 Ben Nevis
Our first walk starts just a short bus ride from Fort William at the base of Ben Nevis It’s the highest mountain the British Isles, standing at 1344m. We will cross the river Nevis to join the Mountain Track, which takes us to the summit and back. Along the way you will have some stunning views into the valley of Glen Nevis and the surrounding mountains. Distance: 16km, Ascent: 1324 m
Day 3 West Highland Way
Our next walk takes us on one of the section of Scotland’s oldest way-marked trails:The West Highland Way. This is one of the finest low-level walks that you are liable to find, offering an ever changing landscape that will make for an unforgettable day. Starting in the village of Kinlocklevin, we will first visit the famous Grey Mare’s Tail Waterfall and The Ice Factor, which is the largest indoor ice climbing facility in the world. Here you will have a chance to practice your climbing, watch others climb, do some shopping in the outdoor shop or relax with a coffee before starting our trek. From Kinlocklevin we walk south passing Kings House Hotel, reputed to be one of the oldest inns in Scotland, dating back to the 17th century. From here we cross The Rannoch Moor, which is tremendously impressive and remote. You have several options to drop out of this walk and take the bus to our accommodation which is in the village of Tyndrum. If you decide to do the full trek the distance: 25km, Ascent: 200m You can leave the trail at 10 or 15Km
Day 4 Depart
On our departure day we will leave Tyndrum after a hearty Scottish breakfast and drive down to Stranraer, where will get the ferry back home.
